This location is perfect for your dream family beach vacation. Sandpiper Cottage is an easy 5–10-minute walk to the beach or you can grab the free Beach Tram, which runs continuously, 9-5 daily during the peak season, weather permitting.
Sandpiper Cottage features an open concept layout with a high vaulted ceiling in the main area for relaxing family gatherings in the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The home sleeps up to 8 people in 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with large closets and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has 2 full bathrooms with plenty of storage and hooks for all the beach towels. The primary bedroom features a full-size desk in an office nook - perfect if you need to ‘work from home’ while at the beach!
Recent updates with all new paint, flooring, finishes, and furniture give Sandpiper Cottage its relaxing clean coastal charm. The single-story floor plan easily flows from common areas to bedrooms and is perfect for families young and old who do not want stairs!
As you enter this beautifully decorated open concept home, you’ll walk first into the luxurious living room which flows into the dining room and kitchen. You’ll find the walk-in pantry and laundry room conveniently located off the kitchen. The Master bedroom offers a king bed, side-tables with storage, a full-size high boy dresser for storage, an office nook for remote working, wall-mount 4K smart tv, and a ceiling fan. If you have little ones, you'll appreciate the portable high-chair and portable crib during your stay.
Additional features which make Sandpiper Cottage ready for family fun include: Fully stocked beach closet with chairs, boogie boards, skimmer board, all sorts of buckets, shovels, and sandcastle making forms and many other toys for kids of all ages. We offer a large beach wagon, rolling cooler, beach umbrella and tennis rackets. For inside family fun we have a large variety of games, cards and puzzles for ages 2-80. We’ve thought of everything! We are including an additional HDMI cable already connected with a power strip for those kiddos (and adults) who travel with the gaming console! You’ll enjoy high-speed WiFi and all three Smart TVs have streaming services available. The living room and guest room TVs also have basic cable in addition to WiFi enabled Smart TV apps.
Last but not least, if you are cooking for the crew, you’ll love the new fully stocked kitchen with all the extras: Chef’s knives, cutting boards, new blender, new toaster, new dual Keurig coffee pot with full pot and single-serve K-cup functionality, and even a Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville machine for frozen slushies and smoothies. Enjoy your own private gas grill right outside for perfect summer barbeques!
