Jin and her husband Chris took over DLBR a few months back and have been nothing short of Outstanding! I can honestly say, without any reservation, that they have improved every single aspect within the business to include; marketing, social media, website improvements, new owners’ portal, a newsletter, a much-improved owners’ monthly statement, as well as consistent communication and timely responsiveness to any request or question.
We were generally pleased with the previous DLBR owner, albeit grew displeased with the lack of, or slow responsiveness. We realize now, we had no idea what excellence represented as a rental agency, until Jin and Chris took over DLBR. My wife and I can’t be more pleased with their hands-on, attention to detail, outstanding management , and owner communication.
